Manuel Elísio Frota Neto

Manuel Elísio Frota Neto was born in Fortaleza-Ceará-Brazil and is currently based in Lisbon-Portugal. He graduated in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro-Brazil, post-graduated in Finance and Accounting from ISEC-FGV-RJ and holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Universidade Cândido Mendes-RJ. Later, he dedicated himself to the economic and philosophical studies of Marx-Engels and Keynesian economics. In the following years, he made incursions into Freudian psychoanalysis and, at the moment, he dedicates himself to economics, geopolitics and history.
